Encompassing theatre and dance, the Institut français du Royaume-Uni works together with British institutions and festivals to ensure the visibility of French artists in the UK. En Scène! and Cross-Channel Theatre, its two flagship initiatives, are complemented by a rich in situ programme of public events: panel discussions, one-to-one conversations enabling professionals to meet and impulse new projects together.
Cross-Channel Theatre
Cross-Channel Theatre is a translation programme supporting Francophone contemporary playwrights. It aims at initiating a production process on British stages for its yearly laureates.
