Scanned directly from the original camera negatives as part of the installation Temple of Cinema #1: Sayat Nova Outtakes (to be presented at Fabrica as part of CineCity in Brighton from 31 October until 9 November), these raw materials present a unique opportunity to witness a masterpiece coming into being. The composer Tigran Mansurian (now 85) worked with Parajanov on the original score of The Colour of Pomegranates.
