Journalist and radio host Maïa Morgensztern, who trained as an Art Historian at the Sorbonne, will delve into the vital link between French hospitality and art in France. Xavier Bailly, heritage expert at the Centre des Monuments Nationaux & Cité de la Langue Française, will offer valuable insight into the French language as a cultural channel. And France-specialist food author and journalist Carolyn Boyd will consider the intricacies of gastronomy within French culture, having researched many aspects of its history and cultural influence for her book Amuse Bouche: How to Eat Your Way Around France.

The panel will be moderated by Atout France, the France Tourism Development Agency.
