International Impro Match – 10th Anniversary

Wed 26 March

The renowned Impro Match between the Ligue Nationale d’Improvisation (LNI) from Québec and the French British Improvisation (FBI) in London is back for a special anniversary edition! Join us in celebrating 10 years of unforgettable performances, bold creativity, and laughter in a night where anything can happen, driven by the energy, humour, and raw talent of the best francophone improvisers.

Each year, this unique event attracts a passionate audience eager to witness a theatrical showdown where the unexpected reigns supreme. For this special edition, the FBI will bring together impro stars from France, Wallonia, and Switzerland to take on the LNI legends from Québec/Canada in an improvisation match that promises to be as intense as it is unforgettable.

With no script, no safety net, and only seconds to transform a random theme into a memorable scene, the performers will deliver hilarious, absurd, moving, or completely unpredictable moments. And it’s you, the audience, who will vote for your favourites.

What is an Improvisation Match?
Two teams of top-tier performers step into the unknown, creating entirely unscripted stories on stage based on themes randomly drawn by a strict referee.

Their mission: to captivate you, surprise you, and make you roar with laughter!
Your role: to vote for your favorites and influence the game.
Inspired by ice hockey, this unique format was created in Québec over 40 years ago and has become a thrilling and dynamic artistic competition where everything happens in the moment.
