- E-vouchers must be redeemed only once and for courses at Institut français du Royaume-Uni within one calendar year of the date of sale.
- E-vouchers have no cash redemption value and are transferable only once.
- Any change of course or schedule requested by students is subject to availability and an administrative charge of £36.
- A booking can be transferred to another person with an administrative charge of £36
- If the course exceeds the amount of the e-vouchers, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
- E-vouchers are valid within the period of validity stated on the voucher. All unredeemed vouchers after this date will be void.
- If making a telephone booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions at the time of booking via our receptionist.
- A confirmation email will be sent out before the start of the relevant course to confirm acceptance of your booking.
- Fees cannot be refunded and no partial refund can be granted for classes not attended.
- Fees are not subject to VAT.
