On the occasion of Europe Day on 9 May, the librarians of La Médiathèque have selected essays, historical accounts and books about Europe. Europe Day marks the anniversary of the historic ‘Schuman declaration’, that set out French foreign minister Robert Schuman’s idea for a new form of political cooperation in Europe, which led to the establishment of the European Union.
