When you arrive at the Institut français / Ciné Lumière, present your e-ticket or your mobile device directly to the usher. No need to go the Box office.

If you purchase your ticket(s) at the Box Office you will have allocated seat(s) but you won’t have the option to choose it/them

£1 booking fee per transaction applies: Visa, Maestro and MasterCard accepted.
For all bookings made over the phone or online, you will be requested to present the credit card you paid with at the point of collection.
For all concession tickets booked, appropriate ID will be requested at the point of collection.
For previews, festivals and special screenings, early booking necessary.
